Custom Printed Aluminium Composite Christmas Cut-Outs • Yowie Signs

Bring Your Christmas Display to Life with Custom Printed Cut-Outs!

Looking to create a Christmas display that stands out from the rest? At Yowie Signs, we specialise in custom printed aluminium composite cut-outs, perfect for transforming your front yard, home, business or event space into a personalised festive display.

From life-size Santa decorations and Christmas elves to completely customised designs, we can turn almost any artwork into a professionally printed, contour-cut outdoor decoration.

Our latest Christmas display features a unique Cronulla Sharks-inspired Santa Claus, complete with a Sharks jersey and rugby league ball, accompanied by two colourful Christmas elves.

It's the perfect example of how personalised Christmas decorations can combine festive fun with a love of your favourite sporting team!

Custom Printed Santa & Christmas Elf Cut-Outs

For this festive outdoor display, the centrepiece is an oversized Santa Claus dressed in the iconic blue Sharks jersey, complete with a Santa hat, rugby league ball and bright Christmas colours.

Two matching Christmas elves complete the scene, creating a colourful and eye-catching front yard display.

Unlike traditional store-bought Christmas decorations, custom printed cut-outs allow you to create something completely unique.

Whether you're after a sporting-themed Santa, personalised Christmas characters, festive animals or your own creative artwork, we can bring your ideas to life.

Printed on Durable 3mm Aluminium Composite Panel

For outdoor decorations, choosing the right material is essential.

Our premium cut-outs are produced using 3mm Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP), providing a rigid, durable surface that's ideal for outdoor signage and displays.

Each design can be professionally printed and cut to follow the artwork's outline, creating a clean, custom-shaped decoration without the need for a large rectangular backing board.

Benefits of our aluminium composite cut-outs:

• Durable 3mm aluminium composite panel

• Weather-resistant material suitable for outdoor displays

• Rigid construction for improved strength and stability

• High-quality, vibrant full-colour printing

• Custom contour cutting to suit your artwork

• Available in life-size, oversized or completely custom dimensions

• Perfect for seasonal displays and repeated use when stored correctly

For outdoor installations, all cut-outs should be securely supported and anchored appropriately for the location and wind conditions.

Not Just for Christmas • Custom Cut-Outs for Every Occasion!

Our custom printed aluminium composite cut-outs aren't limited to Christmas.

We can produce custom-shaped signs and decorations for almost any occasion, including:

• Christmas: Santa Claus, elves, reindeer, snowmen and personalised festive characters.

• Halloween: Skeletons, ghosts, pumpkins, horror characters and spooky front yard displays.

• Easter: Easter bunnies, colourful eggs and themed garden decorations.

Aluminium Composite or Corflute Cut-Outs • Which Is Better?

At Yowie Signs, we offer both aluminium composite and corflute cut-outs, depending on your requirements and budget.

3mm Aluminium Composite Cut-Outs

Our premium option for customers looking for a sturdy, rigid and long-lasting display material. Ideal for outdoor decorations, larger cut-outs and seasonal displays intended for repeated use.

Corflute Cut-Outs

A lightweight and economical alternative, perfect for temporary displays, parties, short-term promotional signage and decorations where a lighter material is preferred.

Both options can be custom printed and contour cut to match your design.
